Effect Authority
The right to cause a specific action on a specific resource, delegated and recorded.
Governed Execution
Identity, authority, policy, controlled action, evidence, and memory — applied before consequential effects.
Evidence Record
A persisted record of whether an action was permitted and what occurred, in a form that can be replayed.
If Authority Cannot Be Proven
The action does not proceed.
Evaluation Environment
A scoped Hood environment used to evaluate capability. Deployment scope is determined during evaluation.
Hood Passport
A governed identity and lifecycle record for assets, models, devices and other real-world or digital objects.
Authentication vs Authority
Login identifies the requester. It does not grant unlimited effects.
