Governance and authority

Practical: Evidence Must Stay Bound

Verify a teaching record, change the resource, and show the copy fail.

Explanation

What you are learning

Recommended first: Operator training. You can still study this lesson.

Rain dispatches lab.observe once and writes a teaching record. Verification of that record succeeds. Verification is a read. It does not dispatch a second time. The record is then copied and only the resource is changed to scope-b. The copy does not verify. Evidence has to match the action that was authorized. A true story about a different resource is a different story, and the workstation rejects it.

Worked example

Teaching workstation

These fields were returned by the teaching workstation for this lesson. They are not a production permit.

Try it before you check

The first row executed. The verify row is a read. The copied row fails.
