Hood can scope an evaluation of an agent, deployment or organization against the draft HIOP control requirements. This is not an application for an already-accredited certificate.

Agent
Version, configuration, tools, permissions, effect classes and evidence behavior.
Deployment
The real operating boundary where credentials, resources and consequential effects exist.
Organization
Approval, monitoring, change control, incident handling and governance responsibilities.

Program status: IN DEVELOPMENT. No accredited public HIOP certificate is currently issued. A conformance evaluation is scoped evidence, not a guarantee that an agent can never fail or be compromised.
