HIOP Agent Control Conformance Profile 0.1

A candidate public control profile for determining whether an agent is bounded by explicit authority at the point of consequential action.

DRAFT CONFORMANCE PROFILE. Use this profile to understand the proposed HIOP control requirements. Production certification is not yet offered.
