These terms summarize how the corporate website and authenticated product access work. Signed commercial agreements, order forms and product-specific terms control where they apply.
The public corporate pages are primarily informational. When you choose START, sign in, create an account, or continue into Hood Console, the authenticated service may process information you provide such as name, work email, organization, role, product interest, and the problem or workflow you describe.
Hood may also process security, authentication, device, network and service-event information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the service. Optional analytics, payment and third-party integrations apply only when they are enabled for the relevant service.
Self-service card checkout is currently unavailable while Hood completes and verifies the production payment path. When payment processing is enabled, payment-card handling may be performed by an approved payment provider under that provider's terms and privacy practices rather than stored directly by the public corporate site.
Retention depends on the type of account, governed evidence, contractual requirements, security needs and applicable law. Privacy or account requests should begin through the authenticated account path or Hood's public START route so the requester can be verified.
Public content is informational and does not by itself create a license, production deployment, service-level agreement, certification, procurement award, partnership, or right to use Hood intellectual property. Product maturity and deployment boundaries are disclosed on the relevant product and Trust pages.
Any enterprise evaluation, license, integration, support commitment, implementation, or consequential production deployment requires the applicable written commercial and technical approval. Third-party names are used for market or compatibility context only unless Hood expressly announces a relationship.
Hood may describe filed subject matter as patent pending. Patent pending is not an issued patent, product certification or claim that every public product feature is covered. Hood trademarks, product names, software, designs and original materials remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights.
Public research and product material is not legal, financial, regulatory, safety or engineering advice. Customers remain responsible for their own professional review and operating obligations.
Commercial agreements control. Where a signed agreement, order form, privacy addendum or product-specific term conflicts with this public summary, the applicable executed agreement controls for that relationship.
Hood Intelligence may publish technology buying guides and may participate in affiliate programs. Commercial relationships do not imply vendor endorsement of Hood Intelligence.
