Effective August 30, 2026. This policy describes the information Hood Intelligence may process when you use the corporate website or enter authenticated Hood product access.
When you choose START, create an account, sign in, or continue through Hood Console, Hood may process information such as your name, work email, organization, role, product interest, and the problem or workflow you describe.
Hood may process authentication, device, network, security and service-event information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the service.
Self-service card checkout is currently unavailable while Hood completes production payment verification. When payment processing is enabled, approved payment providers may process payment information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Hood may use infrastructure, authentication, hosting, security, communications, analytics, payment, and support providers to operate the service. Access should be limited to the services and purposes required to perform their role.
Retention depends on the type of account, governed evidence, contractual requirements, security needs and applicable law. Privacy or account requests should begin through the authenticated account path or Hood's public START route so the requester can be verified.
Hood may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates should be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
Product and contract terms may add requirements. Where an executed agreement or privacy addendum applies, that agreement controls for the covered relationship.
