Website content is informational and does not by itself create a license, service-level agreement, certification, procurement award, partnership, production deployment, or right to use Hood intellectual property.
Account creation and sign-in do not grant authority to cause external effects. Product access, organization roles, deployment permissions and consequential effects remain subject to Hood controls and any applicable written agreement.
Enterprise evaluations, licenses, integrations, support commitments, implementation, usage commitments and consequential production deployments require the applicable written commercial and technical approval.
Roadmap, research, building and functional-prototype labels describe product availability. Supported integrations, certifications, deployment modes and regulated uses are confirmed for the applicable product and engagement.
Third-party names may be referenced for market, research, comparison or compatibility context. Reference does not imply partnership, endorsement, certification or shared revenue unless Hood expressly announces the relationship.
Hood trademarks, product names, software, designs and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Patent-pending language applies only to filed subject matter and is not an issued patent or product certification.
Public research and product materials are not legal, financial, regulatory, safety or engineering advice.
Where a signed agreement, order form, statement of work or product-specific term conflicts with these public terms, the executed agreement controls for that relationship.
